DILLA 50 NYC

On Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, we celebrated DILLA 50 NYC at NUBLU with the James Dewitt Yancey Foundation, raising thousands of proceeds towards music education and preserving the legacy of J DILLA at the forefront of the influence of jazz and hip-hop. Together with ProducerPlugUni.com, we did a limited run of official merchandise and put together a curated night of beats, rhymes, and life for Maureen "MaDukes" Yancey in memory of her son, J DILLA, on the week of what would have been his 50th birthday. Our producer showcase, raffle, and special guest DJ sets by DJ Spinna and Large Professor helped us raise funds and awareness for our partnership and goals toward collaboration and music education.
